Data Collection Tools
PRO-NES offers data collection tools (terminals/ devices used module) that enables manufacturers to collect their shop floor data (e.g. production result, goods receiving, shipment and etc. transaction data) in real time. The data collection tools have to be installed in your terminals/ devices so that you can register as well as update the shop floor data to PRO-NES system directly. Operators are able to reduce data entry mistake by utilizing data collection terminals/ devices. On the other hand, it will also ensure the accuracy of your system data.
The main data collection tools are depicted on the list below,
HHT (Handheld Terminal) Used Module
PRO-NES offers data collection module for HHT*1 which enables operators to collect the shop floor data, transfer and update the data to PRO-NES system in real time. Data collection module assists manufacturers to reduce human error, ensure data accuracy and eliminate the unmatched data.

Android Tablets Used Module
PRO-NES offers data collection module for Android Tablets. This retail technology module allows operators to collect work result, defective result and actual work time for a particular work order. All the collected data will be updated to PRO-NES system in real time. In addition, work orders that generated in PRO-NES will display on the tablet and if there is any changes of the work order, the changes will reflect on the tablet at real time. Data collection module for Tablet assists manufacturers to reduce human error, improve costing accuracy, realize paperless shop floor and eliminate the unmatched data.
