Spain Kraftringen Service selects Fujitsu

junio 12, 2008

After procurement Kraftringen Service, subsidiary to Lunds Energikoncernen AB, decided to implement Cenit – Fujitsu’s own operational system for running projects. The system is developed especially for contractors and other project driven operations.

Traditional business systems are not adjusted for projects being as complex or diverse in parameters as the ones Kraftringen push through. When searching for a solution that could fit their entire business – from marketing and sales to two-way communication and feedback on the field – they found Cenit. The Fujitsu tool easily integrates with other business systems, so that information just has to be registered once.

– A former worst case scenario could mean that we had to register the same information up to five times in different parts of our system, says Håkan Johannesson CIO at Kraftringen Service. To be able to fit our whole business into one joint system means that we can cut down on our administration, not to mention how much faster everyone will be able to find information. This makes it easier to send out our invoices in time and secure the commitments to our submitters.

The new system will be running in commercial management by the end of the year. More information about Cenit can be found at www.cenitprojekt.se
