Global shipments of Fujitsu branded document scanners pass the 10 million mark

Worldwide shipments of Fujitsu branded scanners surpass 10 million units. Since 1983, Fujitsu branded scanners have been designed, manufactured and marketed by PFU Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu. PFU has continuously focused on its customers' needs, offering a broad portfolio of document scanners for professional personal, desktop, workgroup, high-volume production and networked environments and is one of the world's leading document scanner companies.

Ever since the launch of the first fi Series scanner, PFU has continually developed new products and expanded its line-up, including the addition of ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) equipped models and high-speed scanners focusing on the needs of professional organisations around the world. PFU also created software, which is bundled with fi Series scanners.
