We are looking for:
Service Desk Agents Level 1 (low / non-technical profile): Provide technical assistance to users via email or phone.
The ideal candidate will have:
¥
Excellent language skills in Spanish and English;
¥
Strong communication skills and team work ability;
¥
Availability for rotating schedules (night hours and / or weekends);
¥ Help Desk experience preferable and / or IT basic knowledge;
