Fujitsu has updated its ScanSnap series of compact and speedy one-touch "paper-to-PDF" personal document scanners with new functions, including scanning for iPad / iPhone and additional cloud services to support the needs of today’s consumers. The new models are available immediately around the world.
More and more customers around the world are choosing the ScanSnap series personal document scanners both for work and personal use because they are most efficient at carrying out one-touch speedy digitization of paper documents to PDF files.
To give consumers more value from their scanned documents, Fujitsu has enhanced the popular ScanSnap series with functions that sync scanned documents to iPad and iPhone devices, in addition to a wider range of online services. 1. Scan content to iPad and iPhone devices
The ScanSnap Connect Application lets users scan memos, flyers and magazine clippings directly to an iPad or iPhone via wireless connection with a ScanSnap-installed PC for convenient viewing on the go. The app is available for free from the Apple App Store.¹ ²
2. Scan to cloud services
The ScanSnap Quick Menu uses icon buttons that allow users to connect digitized documents to an application, simply and efficiently. The latest Quick Menu features additional buttons that instantly upload scanned content to various cloud services. With these new cloud functions, ScanSnap is ready to play a significant role in various business ecosystems.³
