Fujitsu today announced that it will be leveraging the competitive edges and strong reseller bases of Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company and the world's leading technology distributor, and Version 2, one of the most dynamic IT companies in Asia that develops and distributes IT products, to extend its reach to channel partners through the Fujitsu SELECT Partner Program.
The SELECT Partner Program aims to empower partners to better serve their customers by providing professional training, sales and technical certification, comprehensive sales and channel marketing support including exclusive rewards, bonuses, incentives and regular events like seminars and workshops. With the aim to ensure that partners have comprehensive knowledge of each solution and could support customers adequately, this engagement is the latest strategic move by Fujitsu Hong Kong to increase its penetration to both valued and volume end-customers.

The SELECT Partner Program provides official accreditation to system integrators, hosting providers and IT resellers that focus on servers, storage and virtualisation solutions as sanctioned resellers of Fujitsu.
Fujitsu has aligned its sales division to focus on growing and enabling its channel base in Hong Kong and Macau through Ingram Micro and Version 2, and ultimately, increasing Fujitsu's penetration vertically to both valued and volume end-customers. While Ingram Micro’s Value Solutions Group is focusing on offering solutions-based IT products with value-added services to resellers, Version 2 is dedicated to providing value-added IT packages to resellers targeting SMB and retail customers. Both distributors will be highlighting Fujitsu servers with the latest Intel® Xeon® processor technology under Fujitsu Dynamic Infrastructures as well as ETERNUS storage systems due to rapidly growing demand.
