Job Title Service Delivery Manager (SAP)
Responsibilities
  • Act as a lead for SAP implementation & Support for clients’ project
  • Identify client’s needs and lead team on project delivery
  • Assist to infrastructure, network and server projects
  • Drive projects and manage stakeholders's expectations
  • Be responsible for risk management, capacity management and other operational duties
  • Ensure progress and provide high levels of customer service in efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Build partnership with internal and external parties including all business units and vendors to offer recommendation on the strategic level
Requirements
  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of managerial experience gained from sizeable companies
  • Proven track record of service delivery in business and IT initiatives
  • Solid knowledge in SAP integration
  • Experience in leading regional projects will be an advantage
  • Good team player and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
