Job Title Helpdesk Agent
Responsibilities
  • Handle general enquiries, customer requests and/or technical support cases via phone/email
  • Provide assistance to help customers resolve problems encountered
  • Log customer requests into the system and resolve or escalate to the appropriate support team
  • Escalate technical issues to application support for additional troubleshooting
  • Monitor and maintain the SLA of the tickets
Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines preferable
  • At least 2 year’s customer service/helpdesk experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred (candidate with less experience may also be considered)
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken; with proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Relevant experience in banking will be definitely an advantage
