Responsibilities |
- Handle general enquiries, customer requests and/or technical support cases via phone/email
- Provide assistance to help customers resolve problems encountered
- Log customer requests into the system and resolve or escalate to the appropriate support team
- Escalate technical issues to application support for additional troubleshooting
- Monitor and maintain the SLA of the tickets

Requirements |
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines preferable
- At least 2 year’s customer service/helpdesk experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred (candidate with less experience may also be considered)
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken; with proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Relevant experience in banking will be definitely an advantage
