Responsibilities |
- Provide remote and on-site daily support services on hardware, software and network for all assigned projects
- Provide administration support over LAN, WAN, Active Directory, DNS and application servers
- Perform system backup and recovery, routine monitoring, health check, performance tuning and troubleshooting on the network, server and application issues
- Conduct regular inventory, technical documentation and operational procedures update
- Coordinate with vendors and global IT team members on projects
- Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements |
- Diploma holder in Computer / Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
- A minimum of 4 years IT support experience & solid windows administration, implementation and support experience
- Good communication, proactive and independent working style, demonstrating ownership and responsibility in all assignments
- Solid experience in managing Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPN, Active Directory, MS Exchange, SharePoint, VMWare, and monitoring tools
- Familiar with Windows XP / 7 / 10, Windows Server 2008/2012, and Linux platform
- Knowledge in HTML, MDM, PowerShell scripting will be a plus
- Willing to work overtime in meeting tight deadline
