Fujitsu Sets Out its "Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision"
New structure of technologies and services based on Fujitsu's vision of the Human Centric Intelligent Society

Fujitsu today announced its "Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision." To achieve its vision of the Human Centric Intelligent Society, Fujitsu has systematically articulated innovation scenarios for business and society through concepts of technologies and services embodied by the lineup of Fujitsu offerings. Fujitsu will bring its integrated portfolio of products and services to the global marketplace.
Until now, ICT has primarily contributed to increasing back-office productivity and business process efficiency. Today, backed by rapid advances in the field, Fujitsu is seeing significant interest in applying ICT to address a new set of priorities, which include enhancing the value of customer products and businesses as well as solving diverse societal problems. Fujitsu strives to enhance the ICT systems of both enterprise and public sector customers, while also driving innovation on the front lines of business and in the domain of social infrastructure.
The newly announced Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision will serve to aid Fujitsu in accelerating this growth strategy.
The Human Centric Intelligent Society envisioned by Fujitsu is a world where people are free to achieve their full potential and instinctively feel secure and in control , and where knowledge is continually harnessed to drive new value and support sustainable growth.
To realize this vision, Fujitsu will work with its customers and society to execute the following three actions that relate to people, information and ICT.
1. Create Innovation through People's Activities
- Using the power of ICT that surrounds people unobtrusively, Fujitsu will harness their creativity at the forefront of business and society.
- Fujitsu will converge and harmonize physical experiences with digital capability to create innovative value.
2. Power Business and Society with Information
- Fujitsu will support people's activities with insights and knowledge obtained from analyzing diverse information.
- Fujitsu will harness this information to increase the value of products and businesses and to build better social infrastructure.
3. Optimize ICT Systems from End to End
- Fujitsu will optimize existing ICT assets of business and society to lay the foundations for innovation.
- Linking people, enterprises and society, Fujitsu will build ICT systems that are optimized from end to end, converging computing and networking technologies.
In addition to introducing innovation scenarios that collectively drive the Human Centric Intelligent Society, in order to implement the three core actions for achieving this vision, the Company has grouped its technologies and products that will be delivered and offered over the medium term into the following eight concepts.
