At the Board of Directors meeting held today, the statutory auditors of the Company reported on the results of its investigation. The statutory auditors reported that they have unanimously found that the claims are groundless and the two members of the Board do not bear any responsibility. Accordingly, the statutory auditors further reported that they have unanimously decided not to file suit against the two members of the Board and that a notice of this decision has been sent to Mr. Nozoe by the statutory auditors, in accordance with Article 847-4 of the Companies Act.
