Fujitsu Positioned ‘Highest in Execution’ for End-User Outsourcing Services, Europe

Sydney, August 26, 2015 – Fujitsu has once again been positioned by Gartner, Inc. as a ‘leader’ in its latest Gartner Magic Quadrant: End-User Outsourcing Services, Europe1. This is the third consecutive year that Fujitsu has been recognized as a ‘leader’ in this annual study. Furthermore, in the 2015 edition of the report, Fujitsu is positioned the highest for ‘ability to execute’ for the second year running, and has improved its position for ‘completeness of vision’.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant for End-User Outsourcing Services (EOU), Europe assesses the vision and ability to execute of 18 providers of EUO services. CIOs, sourcing managers and those responsible for infrastructure and end-user operations should use this study as a support tool in evaluating and selecting providers for medium- to long-term EUO contracts. These contracts will enable end-user activities in support of critical functions and business objectives. According to Gartner “Leaders perform skillfully. They have a clear vision of the market’s direction and develop competencies to maintain their leadership position. They shape the market, rather than follow it.”

Fujitsu has designed its End User Services solution ‘Workplace Anywhere,’ in a human centric way to empower people to better achieve their roles, anywhere, anytime, and from any device. The company recognizes that the delivery of IT capability must be fully integrated with a program of business transformation if the target benefits and value are to be achieved. Working with clients to drive the change and provide skills and advice to complement their own capabilities, Fujitsu helps organizations to thrive in a radically changing workplace, for the benefit of enterprises, individuals and society.
