PFU updates ScanSnap series with new software functions

PFU LIMITED (President & CEO: Kiyoshi Hasegawa; Tokyo Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan) updated the ScanSnap series of PFU's ScanSnap line of simple, compact and speedy "one touch paper-to-PDF" personal document scanners--with new scanning functions for iPad/iPhone and more cloud services to support the needs of today's consumer. The new models go on sale globally starting October 13th, 2011.

The new ScanSnap series link the merits of these technologies with paper-based content, enabling users to share information from things like memos and office documents on a grand scale.
