What We Do
In Ontario, Fujitsu Consulting (Canada) is the Preferred Vendor for the Student Information System and Services (SIS) initiative through the Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM). SIS streamlines a range of educational administrative tasks. Unlike previous systems, SIS accompanies students throughout their school careers.
Fujitsu will deliver Follett’s Aspen® SIS and related services to district school boards across Ontario. Use of SIS will dramatically streamline a wide range of educational administrative tasks, making it much easier for school districts to gather, access and analyze relevant data.
Under Fujitsu’s Canadian SIS program, approximately 600,000 students, educators, and administrators in British Columbia are working together to improve learning outcomes.

Follett Aspen® SIS product
The Follett Aspen® SIS product is a centralized platform for hosting and managing student data. By safely and securely storing such data as class schedules, school events, student performance, athletic eligibility, individual health records and more, Follett Aspen SIS eliminates the need for multiple databases. Follett Aspen SIS simplifies the reporting of student data, creating instructional plans, and applying state-specific guidelines. Follett Aspen SIS is a cost-effective, convenient, and powerful resource for staff, students, and parents.
