PRODocumal/ V3 is specially designed for document management, workflow management and collaboration. The purpose of this system is to manage and analyze document across the whole operation.

• Define each operation process as an action box (Create, Approve, Archive, Distribute), able to establish any kind of operation flow in a short period using action box combination.
• Bulletin board function to support collaborative operation and to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Setup a portal screen (My Category) for commonly used category. User has easy access to his/her commonly used categories to confirm the new bulletins and documents.

• Screen field, message and database registration are all compatible in the Japanese/ English languages.
