The Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300 is the first in its line of scanners designed for full cross-platform functionality for PC and Mac. The compact and light-weight scanner features the same easy-to-use one-button scanning and reliable operation, packed with enhanced productivity features and added versatility, designed to be used on-the-go. At half the size of other ScanSnap scanners, the ultra-compact ScanSnap S1300 is an easy solution for mobile users and business professionals who want to scan on the go. It offers duplex scanning, up to eight pages per minute at 300dpi for Black and White. It can work with documents as small as business cards to as long as 863mm. The auto document feeder can accommodate up to ten pages, with capability to scan double-sided pages automatically.

The ScanSnap S1300’s software, which is both Mac and PC ready, allows output to searchable PDFs, Word and Excel documents, and content management software. • Intelligent Cropping: This S1300 feature enables users to easily “cut out” digitised copies of newspaper and magazine articles that they have outlined on the original paper document with a highlight pen.

• Automatic Colour Detection: Features Automatic Color Detection Function which now employs an advanced grayscale processing so that your black & white photos and diagrams become digitised in even better image quality than before.
