Fujitsu Announces Its Customer Services Center’s Relocation

Leading IT and communications solutions provider Fujitsu Malaysia today announced that it has relocated its Customer Service Center in Kuala Lumpur from Wisma Damansara to Menara Olympia located on Jalan Raja Chulan.

Leading IT and communications solutions provider Fujitsu Malaysia today announced that it has relocated its Customer Service Center in Kuala Lumpur from Wisma Damansara to Menara Olympia located on Jalan Raja Chulan. The move is to accommodate the steady growth the company continues to experience in its core practice area as a service hub.

The Services Centre provides high quality support & maintenance services for all the Fujitsu branded I.T. products and third party products so as to meet the needs and wants of the customers.

The opening of this new Kuala Lumpur office was officiated by Mr Noboru Oi, the newly appointed CEO of Singapore based Regional Head Quarter of Fujitsu ASEAN group.

“The new facility will enable Fujitsu to save a significant cost while providing the company with more efficient office space and the option for continued expansion. The new location provides convenience to customers in Kuala Lumpur city and Klang Valley who need to visit the service center, as it is centrally located at Jalan Raja Chulan where easy access is possible. It takes only 10 minutes walk from the nearest LRT station. It nicely accommodates visits from customers and will help to promote continued innovation, growth and interaction among employees”, says Mr. Desmond Chan who is the President & CEO of Fujitsu Malaysia.
