UPDATE: fi-7300NX Software: PaperStream NX Manager 1.6.3 released – Scanned Data Loss Problem Fixed

fi-7300NX server software, PaperStream NX Manager 1.6.3 is now available and ready for download. This replaces version 1.6.0 and resolves the incidences of scanned image output being replaced with a different page.

fi-7300NX Software: PaperStream NX Manager 1.6.0 – Scanned Data Loss

We have confirmed incidences of scanned image output showing a different page when using fi-7300NX server software, PaperStream NX Manager 1.6.0. If you are already using version 1.6.0, please check the scan results after scanning until the update with the correction is made available.

We are working on a resolution and estimate that an update with the correction will be available in early December.

Affected versions:
PaperStream NX Manager 1.6.0 (Released on 30 July, 2020)

Note:
We have not confirmed any occurrences:
- On versions preceding 1.6.0
- When the fi-7300NX is connected to PC via USB
