Fujitsu Limited announced that its Board of Directors decided today to distribute interim dividends from retained earnings for shareholders of record as of September 30, 2010, as indicated below.

2. Rationale
While fluctuations in currency exchange rates affected financial results for the first half of fiscal 2010, overall business performance was steady and profits exceeded expectations. For the above reasons, the dividend is 5 yen per share, as projected on April 30, 2010.
