Fujitsu Laboratories Announces Executive Appointments and Resignations

Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd.

Following a meeting of its Board of Directors, Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. announced the following reappointments, new appointments, and resignations, which are planned to take effect upon approval at the extraordinary Shareholder's meeting and the extraordinary Board of Directors meeting scheduled for late March 2017.
