Fujitsu Laboratories Announces Executive Appointments and Resignations

Following a meeting of its Board of Directors today, Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. announced the following reappointments, new appointments, and resignations, which are planned to take effect upon approval at the Annual Shareholder's meeting scheduled for June 22, 2015 and the subsequent extraordinary Board of Directors meeting.
