Partial Revisions to Figures and Indices Included in "Consolidated Financial Results for the Full-Year Ended March 31, 2014," Announcement

Fujitsu Limited today announced the following partial corrections to figures included in "Consolidated Financial Results for the Full-Year Ended March 31, 2014," issued April 30, 2014.

   The following figures for fiscal 2012 have been corrected. No corrections were made to figures for fiscal 2013.

2. Reason for the Revisions

   In accordance with the adoption of IAS 19 (issued June 16, 2011) "Employee Benefits" for Fujitsu's consolidated subsidiaries outside of Japan beginning in fiscal 2013, figures for fiscal 2012 were retroactively revised, but mistakes were made in calculating the retroactive revisions for the figures stated above.
