Fujitsu Issues Unsecured Straight Bonds

Fujitsu Limited (the "Company") announced today that it has determined the terms of its Thirty-Fifth Series Unsecured Straight Bonds (with inter-bond pari passu clause) and Thirty-Sixth Series Unsecured Straight Bonds (with inter-bond pari passu clause), both of which will be offered and issued in Japan. The terms of the issues are as follows.

1. Fujitsu Limited Thirty-Fifth Series Unsecured Straight Bonds (with inter-bond pari passu clause)
1. Total amount of issue 40 billion yen
2. Denomination of each bond 100 million yen
3. Interest rate 0.339% per annum
4. Issue price 100% of the denomination of each bond
5. Redemption price 100% of the denomination of each bond
6. Term and redemption method 5 years
Bullet repayment
(1) Maturity date : June 12, 2019
(2) Retirement by purchase : Unless otherwise stipulated by the book-entry transfer institution, the Company may repurchase the bond on or after the day after the payment date.
7. Interest payment date June 12 and December 12 of each year
8. Type of offering Public offering
9. Offering period June 5, 2014
10. Payment date June 12, 2014
11. Collateral The bonds are not secured by any pledge, mortgage or other charge on any assets or revenues of the Company or of others, nor are they guaranteed. There are no assets reserved as security for the bonds.
