Fujitsu Announces Nominations for Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors

Tokyo, April 28, 2011

Fujitsu Limited announced today nominations to its Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors based on the recommendations of the company's Executive Nomination Committee. The nominations are subject to approval at meetings of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, following the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 23, 2011.
