Postponement of Recruitment Activities due to the Effects of the Tohoku Earthquake

Tokyo, March 18, 2011

Fujitsu today announced that recruitment activities scheduled for April 1, 2011, have been postponed to June 1, 2011, due to the large-scale damage caused by the devastating Tohoku earthquake. The schedule change was made official to make the recruitment process a fair one for all applicants throughout Japan, particularly for those who are affected by this earthquake.

The new schedule will be available on our recruitment homepage(1) as soon as a decision has been made.

There will be no changes to the hiring headcount of 540 new employees (170 non-technical staff and 370 technical staff).
