Fujitsu Announces Nominations for Board of Directors

Tokyo, March 24, 2010

Fujitsu Limited announced today nominations to its Board of Directors based on the recommendations of the company's Executive Nomination Committee. The committee began considering candidates in January following its recommendations on a new senior executive management team, which were announced January 22, 2010. The nominations are subject to approval at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on June 21, 2010, on which date the appointment of the members of the board would take effect.
