Fujitsu Announces Executive Appointments and Resignations

Tokyo, May 12, 2008

Following a meeting of its Board of Directors today, Fujitsu Limited announced the following executive appointments and resignations, which will take effect after approval at meetings of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, following the Annual Shareholders' Meeting in June 2008.
