Closing date of the offer period confirmed for Fujitsu Services' Public Tender Offer in France

Fujitsu Limited announced the following with regard to its earlier announcement dated June 30, 2007 that the French regulatory body (AMF) has confirmed that the public tender offer filed by Fujitsu Services, Fujitsu Limited's wholly owned subsidiary based in the U.K., to acquire the entire issued share capital of GFI Informatique of France has opened on July 2, 2007.

The AMF has now confirmed that the tender offer period for GFI Informatique will close on August 8, 2007.
