Fujitsu Limited Announces Proposed Board Member Changes

Following a meeting of its board of directors today, Fujitsu Limited announced the following proposed board member appointments and resignations. The changes will take effect pending approval at the 105th General Shareholders' Meeting, scheduled for June 23, 2005.
Candidates for the Board of Directors
At the expiration of term for all current board members, the following 10 candidates will be proposed for nomination at the annual shareholders' meeting.
