GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2009 Railway Simulator System using Variable-Speed Technology
This is a railway simulator system using variable-speed technology, for railway service companies. It effectively implements "acquisition of basic safe driving skills" and "danger and emergency response" while producing actual driving conditions in a realism setting using a full HD video of actual railway lines. In addition, the elaborated scenarios offer the techniques of tacit knowledge mastered by experienced drivers (ride quality, eco-friendliness) to be handed down.
