This solution allows all users involved with patients such as doctors and nurses who work in central medical institutions, medical offices and rehabilitation hospitals in local communities, to share patients' medical records including images, and exchange letters of introduction or appointments, based on patients' consent. Those medical staff can access this secure network, which is compliant with "Security Guidelines for Health Information Systems" issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Ministry, free of charge as long as Internet access is provided.
