GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2009 Green Infrastructure Solution
This is a solution to visualize the cycle of green optimization and realize efficient energy management, based on the "know-how in saving energy," which Fujitsu has fostered through the data center over the years. By using the "large-scale sensor network" to evaluate the air volume of facilities and IT equipment, energies such as electricity, as well as implementing "facility optimization" including air conditioning control and efficient layout in accordance with the IT operating status, the optimization know-how is accumulated to enable optimal energy management and expansion to other facilities.
