We surveyed and researched internet use scenarios and characteristics for children with the aim of spreading universal design and supplying good quality web content for children. Further, the results were collated in the "handbook" to contribute to improving the quality of children's sites in society overall by being free to site creators.
Although close to the field of communication in category, this was evaluated as research to identify the tools for developing children's content. Although the tools are primarily for elementary school teachers, they would be even better if the feedback using these results were also incorporated.
