System Support Engineer (1-year renewal contract)

Job Title:		System Support Engineer
The Job:		Responsible for the technical solution design of AS400 and expand the role to include a technology evaluation, governance and policy implementation of AS400 Initiate new items or changes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness for AS400, SAN and VTL system in terms of both cost and technology Support company Business Continuity Plan (BCP), design and implement Disaster Recovery architecture for AS400, SAN and VTL application systems Take a leading role in special assignments and projects (include Integral Life, corporate directory authentication, system and reporting tool's implementation)
The Requirements:		Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines At least 5 years' relevant experience Good technical knowledge and experience in AS400, CICS400, MQ, MIMIX, ALDON, EMC DataDomain VTL and IBM SAN Familiar with system support, system performance management tools, change control system, storage management systems and IT infrastructure Solid experience in infrastructure design and implementation on emerging technologies Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills Good command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
