The following contents have been modified.

1. The software has been modified so that the lamp shuts off under the said conditions.
   
   When scanner is either
   -turned off.
   -in standby mode.
2. The software has been modified to reboot the scanner automatically without displaying any error message after a system update is executed under said conditions.
   
   When a system update in scanner is executed through the Central Admin Server of the scanner.
3. The software has been modified so that Administrative Templates found under COMPUTER SETTINGS of Domain Group Policy will not be applied.

How to update

1. Download "fi-6010N Updated Software" on the hard disk. Use the size of the file described above as reference for the required hard disk space.
2. Execute downloaded file and then unzip the file on the hard disk.
3. By using "Admin Tool" or Central Admin function, install "fi-6010N updated software" which is unzipped by procedure.2 on fi-6010N.
   
   Please refer to the "Network Scanner fi-6010N Operator's Guide" for the details on how to install updated software, how to use Admin Tool and Central admin function as well as those function details.

   Following problems are corrected:
   A fi-6010N problem, where an add-in module could not be uninstalled and/or installed,is now corrected.
   A fi-6010N problem, where a system log was cleared, is now corrected.

1. The TWAIN error massage may have been displayed, when the scanner was initially started up.
2. Some user information, which had been saved in "e-Mail Address Book" or other scanner settings, was occasionally deleted.

1. Scanner time/date can be automatically updated when the scanner is started up.
2. Other dll modules can be called from an Add-in module.
3. The fi-6010N can store scanned images in network folders that are located outside the LDAP domain without displaying the authentication screen, if the same account and password are registered in the LDAP server.
4. System log can be restored automatically, even if the system log file is damaged.
