A joint venture of Posts and Telecommunications Group and Fujitsu, operating in the field of telecommunications and information technology. The advanced factory is located in Hoai Duc, Ha Tay Province, which has been transferred with highest design and manufacturing technologies from Fujitsu Limited (Japan).
