Fujitsu’s global study explores the relationship between organizations and employees, customers and society. This document reveals the research results from the Manufacturing industry showing how vital each group is to achieving success and what role culture, creativity and digital technology play.

Key insights include:

  • When asked to select the two employee “types” they believe will be most important to their organization’s future success, the results were: ‘Innovator’ 60%, ‘Collaborator’ 54%, followed by ‘Doer’  44%
  • 77% of leaders state that the happiness of employees is intrinsically linked to their organization’s success
  • Almost half (46%) of all manufacturing organizations admit they have lost great employees because they felt stifled and frustrated
