Fujitsu To Offer Service Options for Non-Fujitsu Scanners

Fujitsu Helps Maximize Scanning Productivity with New Support Services

Fujitsu, the market leader in document imaging scanners, announced today that it is now offering service purchase and support options for non-Fujitsu scanners, in order to help companies simplify their business processes further.

The sudden loss of productivity, even temporarily, could seriously affect a user’s ability to meet commitments. The new service and support options for non-Fujitsu scanners provides “Basic” coverage with next business day and 4-hour response times, to better serve the needs of customers with business critical scanning applications. Coterminous contracts are also available to help to synchronize billing cycles.

Based solely in the U.S., the friendly technical support center is staffed with engineers who will either resolve your technical issues immediately or expedite a Field Engineer to your site with our Basic service.
