Fujitsu Recognized for Superior Channel Commitment in the ECM Hardware Category

Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc., the market leader in document imaging scanners and services, today announced that it has been recognized by Business Solutions Magazine as a Best Channel Vendor for 2009. Through an exhaustive survey given to over 1,500 VARs and totaling over 17,000 votes, Fujitsu ranked at the top in the ECM Hardware category amongst a catalog of companies for its strong product innovation, comprehensive channel program, advanced service and support offering and the company’s overall working relationship with its Value Added Resellers (VARs).

The Business Solution Magazine’s Best Channel Vendor award is based on a survey conducted from mid-September through October and given to the publication’s VAR subscribers. The survey asks VARs to rate their partners in seven categories, including support and service offering, channel friendliness, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation, and adequate VAR Margin. The award recognizes the strengths and commitment of a vendor’s partner programs for its Channel resellers and IT integrators.
