Fujitsu was among the first companies to achieve TL-9000 Quality Manufacturer status in 2000. We’re also charter members of the Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum, having occupied a leadership position since 2000. The QuEST Forum acknowledges several Fujitsu processes as industry best practices.
Only a handful of vendors can claim their equipment is in service 99.999% of the time. We’re one of those few. Our platforms are significantly more reliable than the industry average.
The Pursuit of Continuous Improvement

This is a direct consequence of Fujitsu business values, which we put into practice via initiatives such as our Kaizen program. Derived from a Japanese word meaning “continuous improvement,” Kaizen rewards Fujitsu employees for developing ideas that result in practical business improvements. This program has nurtured innovative, original ideas in areas such as eliminating waste, making economical use of resources and reducing consumption.
