The Trade-In Process

  1. Purchase new Fujitsu Products at: store.shopfujitsu.com
  2. Determine the value of the legacy IT equipment by filling out the Trade-In Program Form or by contacting your Fujitsu account team for more information.
  3. Apto Solutions will respond to a trade-in request within 24 hours and provide a complete analysis of the fair market value of your IT assets and recommended next steps.
  4. Upon approval, Apto Solutions will arrange the logistics of the shipment.
  5. Fujitsu and Apto Solutions will work with you to design the trade-in solution to meet your organization's needs.

Program Terms & Conditions

Trade-In requests must be made within 30 days of purchasing the new Fujitsu equipment. Trade-In requests must be completed and sent to Apto Solutions. Onsite packaging and removal services are available at a discounted rate. Fujitsu and Apto Solutions reserve the right to change the Trade-In Program details and trade-in values at any time without notice. Returned equipment can be of any brand. Equipment must be in good working order and in complete physical condition; otherwise, equipment will be returned at the customer’s expense.
