Morning Keynote: Human Centric Innovation: Co-creation for success
Hosted by Steph McGovern, Broadcaster

Digital has been on the agenda for some time now, but it has progressed from hype to reality.

Organisations of all shapes and sizes are experiencing real challenges in delivering digital transformation. According to research conducted by Fujitsu, 71% of business leaders worry about their ability to adapt. Why is it so hard to deliver concrete value and growth for the business? How can organisations across different industries deliver practical business outcomes?

The answer is Digital Co-creation.

In the keynote at Fujitsu World Tour we will endeavour to demonstrate the gap between hype and reality and explore some of the pressures businesses of all kinds are experiencing as a result of digital, considering the benefits of co-creation in the process.

There are four elements to the morning keynote, all of which come together to build a picture of digital today in the context of business as a whole, and illustrate how co-creation can accelerate transformation. It promises to be an interesting morning!

AI in practice – creating impact and developing strategy
David Snelling and Dr Milos Milojevic

Artificial intelligence is currently evolving from a niche technology to the mainstream. While some companies will develop new and innovative services on the basis of AI, the vast majority will use it to address challenges regarding operational excellence, the innovation of customer experience, and the automation of core processes. The combination of AI and Business applications may help companies to reinvent their business processes as well as their business models, but those initiatives need to be brought to a more strategic level. 78% of companies see AI as a basis for process improvements or automation. AI is already in use in half of the companies surveyed and we anticipate that number to rise to 70% within two years. Dr. Milos Milojevic, Industry Analyst, Digital Transformation, IoT & AI, PAC, CXP Group and Dr. David Snelling, Program Director Artificial Intelligence, CTO Fujitsu EMEIA will provide an exclusive briefing on the key findings from the PAC European survey on what AI can bring to business applications across different functions and propose key recommendations to organizations.
