Through Flexible Benefits you can select from a range of choices, those benefits which suit your personal circumstances. Many of the benefits deliver even better value for money by being made available to you through 'Salary Swap' - a more tax efficient way of arranging benefits.
Flexible Benefits allows you to:
- Tailor your benefits to suit your lifestyle with Holiday, Childcare Vouchers and Travel Insurance
- Protect you and your family's health with Dental Cover, Medical Benefit, Healthcare Cash Plan and Health Screening for you and/or spouse/partner
- Provide for you and your family's future security through Pension, Spouse/Partner Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Personal Accident Insurance and Additional Life Assurance.
As a New Joiner you will have 3 weeks from your date of joining to make your initial benefit selections and following this there is just one opportunity per year, with the exception of Childcare Vouchers, to make changes to your Flexible Benefits, unless you experience a relevant ‘Life Event’. This will be during the annual enrolment period in November of each year and the benefits you choose will come into effect from 1 January. Please give due consideration as to whether this will be appropriate for you, as any selections you make will be fixed for a period of 12 months.
