FACOM 9450 (1981)

A 16-bit business-use personal computer developed jointly with Panafacom and released in 1981. With the use of personal computers for office operations spreading in companies, especially in large companies, this model was developed to be a computer which anyone in an office could use easily. Provided with the spreadsheet software EPOCALC, which end users could operate with no need for programming, as well as programs able to perform database inquiries and file transfer tasks to host computers , it facilitated a wide range of applications from simple clerical processing by end users to cooperative processing with a host computer.
