Job Description :


Business Development

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Market share growth
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Key player research 
  • Key customer mapping
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Establishes and/ or enhances partner relationships
  • Arrange business meetings with prospect clients / business partners
  • Build ecosystems of Smart Factory, evaluate and select focus solutions, develop Business Plan and Go-To-Market strategy
  • Support to build leads of Smart Factory
  • marketing activities
  • go to market materials
  • Promote the sales of company’s OVERALL solutions/ products/service addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Utilize digital focused solutions as gate opener
  • Co-create digital solutions with partners and customers 
  • Keep records of booking, revenue, GM etc. and analyze the business performance by solutions, partners, period 
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Develop entry level staffs into valuable salespeople


  • Study and understand customer business requirement, business goal and source for solutions/ prepare Digital road map to customer.
  • Lead pre-sale activities and/or bidding processes across BUs (MIS, BAS) relating to Smart Factory such as RFP/RFI responding, customer presentation, product demonstration, proof of concept, proposal preparation & submission, customer / vendor negotiation, closing deal 
  • Articulates solution architectures and trends, and provides technical knowledge in customer engagement
  • Establishes or enhances customer relationships.
  • Provide Presales Hand over session, and technical support and assistance to delivery team during project implementation if necessary to make sure delivered solution meet customer expectation.
  • Manage pipeline, follow up presales activities with Sales
  • Support presales activities in other Smart Suites if the solution in Smart Retail can be utilized


  • Report progress of job assignment to supervisor periodically.
Qualification :
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or any other related fields
  • At least 8 years of experience in selling/ implementing BAS and/ or MIS solutions 
  • Have some knowledge regarding digital transformation solutions (IoT, AI, Big Data, Automation, AR, VR, RPA, Blockchain etc.)
  • Preferably have experience in solution selling/ pre-sales
  • Familiar in project management and vendor / partner management
  • Good in business development, problem analysis and problem solving
  • Willing to learn new solutions and technologies and possesses innovative thinking
  • Willing to stretch existing abilities and work out of scope when necessary to explore more about new areas in digital space
  • Positive thinking and good attitude
  • Easy to adapt to rapid and frequent changes in strategy and way of working
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Good Communication in English both speaking and writing
