Job Description :


Planning & Organizing

  • Participate with Team Leader and System Analyst (SA) to create the project plan (Master Plan), and the detail of Plans (in System Analysis, System Design, System Construction, Deployment, and System Maintenance phase)
  • Perform tasks assigned by team leader to deliver and achieve the target performance (within schedule, and correctness according to customer’s criteria)
  • Conduct and perform the software development process and documents followed by the organization standard, process and procedure
  • Provide technical information or training to customer and/or junior staff

System Analysis

  • Support SA in performing analysis activities

System Design

  • Prepare System Specification, file, database organizations, programming documentation
  • Support SA in performing design activities

System Construction

  • Conduct coding and specification testing
  • Design Forms, procedures and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application
  • Create Unit Test Script and perform Unit Testing
  • Prepare test cycle, test data and expected results
  • Support SA to Perform Integration and Software Testing, collect actual testing results, review and analyst testing results
  • Support to develop program as design specification & Develop the User’s Manual

System Deployment

  • Participate with Team leader and SA to perform User Acceptance Test
  • Co-work with SA to prepare the Delivery Item List before install the application at Customer Site
  • Perform customer training 

System Maintenance and Support

  • Maintain technical and service support
  • Support Team leader in analyzing the changes request


  • Update the job progress of his/her responsibilities to Team Leader
  • Record the daily activities in Task Tracking (Timesheet) and job progress and be approved by Team Leader
  • Perform measurement data collecting as defined in project or organizational standard
  • Participate with Project team member in Project Weekly Meeting

Trouble Shooting

  • Define the problems
  • Determine the problems’ urgency and difficulty
  • Assign responsible person to make corrections

Monitoring until problem correction is finished

Qualification :
  • Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service & support application field
  • Knowledge of

           -  Framework : .NET framework, Struts, Code Igniter
           -  Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
           -  Operating System: Windows, Linux
           -  Languages:  C#, PHP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JSP, SQL, PL/SQL, VBA

  • Moderate command of English
