Through our involvement in more than 40 upgrades we have developed a refined approach to performing upgrades. Our approach is based on SAP’s Natural Excellence Project Management and ASAP Methodology supplemented by many of our own templates and white papers. Many of our consultants have had involvement in multiple upgrade projects.
Within the Upgrade process we provide the following:

- Basis support for upgrade;
- Functional and technical support during upgrade process;
- Unit testing;
- Training in new version;
- Documentation; and
- Lifecycle support after “go-live” in new version.
Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions‘ consultants have extensive SAP upgrade experience. These consultants not only understand how to configure SAP for an upgrade environment, but they also have an appreciation of the types of business issues that Asia Pacific companies are now facing in the transition period to upgrade. These consultants have been heavily involved in the development of the upgrade tools for Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions, and the training of all Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions consultants working on upgrade projects.
