Fujitsu Philippines Inc. (FPI), in its commitment to quality, has ventured into a program for Quality and IT Service Management called QualITSM that focuses on teamwork and continuous service improvement to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Our corporate mission is to be “the best Philippine ICT Group that integrates effective technologies to meet the business goals of large enterprises. Our role is to allow our customers to focus on their primary business mission, while we work as their trusted partner.”

FPI is committed to provide business value and outstanding delivery performance to our customers. We do this by applying the QualITSM principles of:

  • Developing and providing excellent solutions and services;
  • Taking pride in processes and organizations reflecting best practices; and
  • Aiming to exceed the level of service as defined by the customer.

FPI’s QualITSM is based on the belief that everyone in the company is responsible for continuously improving and managing the quality of their processes, products, solutions, and services.
