Quality Policy and Objectives

In March 2003, FDTP received ISO 9001:2000 certification, thus, is committed to continuously satisfy its customers by providing them products according to specification and delivering these on time at competitive price.
In pursuing customer satisfaction, the top management takes leadership in involving everyone in the organization to work together and strive to continually improve the level of product quality as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
The above policy shall be accomplished through the achievement of the following objectives:
  • Improve market share by increasing customer satisfaction in addition to other business strategies;
  • Enhance the company's profitability for its growth and the benefits of its stockholders and employees by controlling and/or reducing cost;
  • Continuously improve the product quality through the operation of a normally distributed process while moving the process average towards nominal specifications and
  • Continuously train and develop the human resources to improve their effectiveness in contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.
