Technical Support for Windows Server


  • Must have expertise on Server hardware (HP Proliant, blade/cluster) and platform enabling software implementation and administration.
  • Must have strong working technical knowledge on Windows server operating systems, domain controllers and Microsoft Directory Service.
  • Must have strong technical knowledge in server backup configuration and monitoring (Veritas NBU).
  • Must have attended Netbackup version 5.0 classroom training.
  • Must have strong background on remote system administration.
  • Must have basic knowledge in supporting Citrix Presentation (XP) server, Storage Area Network (SAN), security account administration.
  • Must be a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
